My mane is becoming distressingly long, so I’ve been getting a little creative. I messed around with barrel curls (victory curls/ victory rolls?). After I blew my hair dry I rolled one big piece up on top of my head and bobby pinned it. Then I did a little one on the side. After the two were said and done, I clipped this lil nautical steering wheel in. I think I’ll like this look better once I get a trim.

It’s kinda scary seeing my face from the side - not an angle I’m especially used to. I’ve discovered a mannerism I have is tilting my head to the left when asking questions, and I think I do this in most frontwards photos too. From the side you can truly see how pale my skin is/ how dark my hair is and my vague Arab roots. This also could have something to do with the drama created by using a flash inside this close to my face.

Katelyn first wanted the shots to look like an awkward family glamourshots photo with Brad and Olive (dog), but the thing is that Olive is really distracting and I mostly end up petting her and not paying attention. Like this:
